Contract Manager Commercial Building Maintenance

Up to 65,000 City of London Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm

GH Engage is partnered with leading facilities & building services provider who are seeking an exceptional Technical Contract Manager based in the City of London.

The successful applicant will have a background in electrical or mechanical engineering maintenance, ideally within commercial/corporate facilities.

We are looking to speak to candidates with the following experience:

• 3+ years of experience in a Technical Services Manager/Contract Manager role or similar.
• Experience in the commercial building maintenance; familiar with industry standards for health & safety, and excellence.
• Engineering qualifications: mechanical, HVAC, or electrical.
• Compliance; logbooks & RAMS, ISO audits.
• Quoting remedials & extra works.

The successful candidate will be rewarded with excellent benefits, including;
