Digital Product Analyst - The Role:

The role of the Digital products analyst is to support the Digital products manager in the life cycle management of digital products within the Commission.

Digital Product Analyst Key Responsibilities:

The role will include but is not limited to:

- Data Collection and Analysis: Gathering and analysing data on user behaviour, product usage, and market trends to provide insights that drive product development

- Customer Feedback: Collecting and interpreting customer feedback through various methods like surveys, interviews, and focus groups to understand user needs and preferences

- Market Research/Horizon Scanning: Conducting market research to identify trends.

- Performance Monitoring: Monitoring product performance throughout its lifecycle, identifying patterns and trends to assess how well a product is performing

- Collaboration: Working closely with product owners, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the product meets demands and user expectations

- Strategy Development: Help develop product strategies by providing data-driven insights that inform decisions on product direction and investment

- Identifying Improvements: Identifying areas for improvement in the product and suggest enhancements to increase user satisfaction and product performance

Who we are looking for

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Digital Product Analyst to join our team. Someone who has a passion for digital products and a keen interest in staying abreast with industry trends is essential.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

They should be proficient in using analytical tools including PowerBI and have experience working with cross-functional teams to drive product improvements and optimise user experiences.

Additionally, the candidate must be a team player with excellent communication skills, capable of effectively collaborating with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
