Senior Estimator

I have been retained by an industry-leading RC Frame / Groundworks contractor who are looking to bolster their team of estimators. As senior estimator you will be a vital part of the pre-construction team and be responsible for preparing accurate estimates for Groundworks, RC Frame & Civil Engineering projects across London & Home Counties.

Responsibilities:

• Review and analyse tender documentation
• Develop new and existing relationships with clients
• Identify potential project risks, cost implications and recommend mitigation strategies
• Provide essential cost reporting information
• Help mentor / manage junior members of staff

What you need:

• Minimum of 5 years experienbce as an estimator within RC Frame / Groundworks
• Proficiency in Causeway and Bluebeam
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong communications skills - ability to be client facing
