Senior Building Surveyor

Local authority in Suffolk are looking for a Permanent Senior Building Surveyor to join their housing maintenance and contracts service.

Purpose of the role:

As a senior surveyor you will be accountable for the delivery of various work streams and managing a team of surveyors.

Ensuring all performance and service targets are met within the Building Surveying service and developing staff.

You will show leadership and be passionate to provide the best possible service to the clients tenants at all times.

£47,000 - £49,000

Hybrid working, 2 days office and 3 remote
