Scrub Practitioner - Orthopaedic & Cosmetic SurgeryLocation: Harley Street areaSalary: up to £55,000Contract: Permanent position - Site Based onlySchedule: Initially Mondays and Fridays, expanding to Monday-Saturday as clinic grows

Role Overview

We require an experienced Scrub Practitioner specialising in orthopaedic and cosmetic procedures for our clients premium day surgery unit serving discerning international and high net worth clients.

Key Requirements

• Specialist experience required: Must be proficient in orthopaedic procedures
• Cosmetic surgery capability: Experience in cosmetic procedures essential
• Senior level experience: Several years post-registration (not suitable for junior staff)
• Independent operator: Must work autonomously without requiring extensive supervision

Core Procedures

Orthopaedic:

• ACL reconstruction
• Arthroscopies (knee procedures)
• Various joint procedures

Cosmetic Surgery:

• Mini facelifts
• Liposuction procedures
• Breast replacement surgery
• Other day case aesthetic procedures

Additional Duties

• PRP injection procedures
• Support with functional medicine treatments
• Potential for expanded nursing duties including IV cannulation and patient monitoring
• Adaptation to new procedures as clinic services expand
