The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring pupils achieve strong academic outcomes while feeling confident, supported and fully prepared for the transition to secondary school.

You will use data effectively to inform planning, identify gaps and implement targeted interventions to maximise pupil progress.

Strong behaviour management skills are vital, alongside the ability to build positive relationships with pupils and families.
