Head of Sales - Associate Partner Level Location: Wandsworth, Southwest London- Basic Salary: Late £30Ks - Early £40Ks-On Target Earnings: c.£80K- Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-6:00pm, 1 in 4 SaturdaysAn established, high-performing Southwest London agency is seeking an ambitious Head of Sales to lead their Wandsworth office at Associate Partner level.This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated property professional to take the next step into leadership - managing a small, driven team while growing the business and expanding market share.The Role

• Lead and motivate a team of 2 Sales Negotiators, driving performance and achieving office targets.
• Actively generate new business through networking, canvassing, and relationship building.
• Conduct valuations, oversee sales progression, and ensure outstanding client service.
• Work closely with the Lettings department to maximise cross-selling opportunities.
• Represent the brand in the local community with professionalism and integrity.

About You

• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in residential sales within the local South West London market.
• Proven record of exceeding targets and winning new instructions.
• Confident leader with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
• Commercially minded, self-motivated, and comfortable networking to grow business.
• Ambitious, career-driven, and ready to progress into a senior management role.
