We are looking for someone with electronic and leadership experience ready to lead a team of 8 engineers at a pioneering aerospace company in Guildford.

Work on mission-critical systems, contribute to groundbreaking avionic missions and see your work in outer space in a rapid timescale.

In this role, you will take the reins of complex, multi-million-pound international projects, steering them from concept to launch. You ll play a pivotal role in new product development, with the freedom to grow your team and make a lasting impact on the company s future.
