Business Rates Surveyor

A leading property consultancy are currently looking to hire a Surveyor up to Associate level join their London based rating department. The company have a number of offices located throughout the UK and work with some of the most prestigious clients nationally. Working directly for a partner you will assist with existing casework but you will also be responsible for managing and further developing your own casework.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tenant and occupier 'appeal' work
• Direct client management
• Property inspections and measurements
• Business development
• Liaising with public bodies.
• Business development
• Supporting team juniors

Key Skills and Experience

• Proven experience within business rates
• MRICS qualification
• Excellent client facing manor
