The role

• Support students in lessons, helping them stay engaged and motivated
• Assist with hands-on activities, such as music, sports, life skills, and outdoor learning
• Help students develop social skills and self-confidence
• Work as part of a dedicated team to create a calm, structured, and positive learning environment
