Job Title: Fence Erector
Location: Various New Build Housing Developments - Folkestone / Thanet / New Romney
Salary: £17.00 - £18.00 per hour
Contract Type: 45hours per week Full-time, 8-10 Weeks (with potential for extension)

About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Fence Erector to join our team for a period of 8-10 weeks across multiple new build housing developments. The role will involve setting out and fitting post and panel fencing in the rear gardens of new houses. While the initial contract is for 8-10 weeks, there is potential for the position to be extended, depending on the needs of the projects. PPE and hand tools will be required

Key Responsibilities:

Setting out and accurately measuring locations for posts and panels.
Erecting high-quality wooden and/or concrete post and panel fencing.
Ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards and in compliance with safety regulations.
Collaborating with site teams to ensure work is completed on time and to specification.
Maintaining a tidy and safe work environment at all times.
Ensuring all materials are handled and stored appropriately.
Requirements:

Previous experience in fence erection or a similar construction role is essential.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good understanding of fencing techniques and materials.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
A full UK driving license is essential as the role will involve travelling between multiple sites.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
CSCS card
References from a similar role will be required as part of the application process.
