Customer Care Operative (Multi-Trader) - Permanent Position

Up to 50,000 per annum

We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Customer Care Operative (Multi-Trader) to join a residential project in Wembley. This is a permanent, full-time position based on a high-quality new build scheme comprising over 600 apartments.

Working within the Customer Care team, you'll maintain the high standards of this development post-handover. You'll be responsible for addressing residents' snagging issues and completing a variety of remedial tasks in occupied properties.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Remedial works in response to customer snag lists
• Painting and decorating
• Tiling repairs and replacements
• Mastic works
• Patch plastering
• Flooring repairs
• General multi-trade tasks as required

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience as a multi-trader or in a similar customer care role within the residential sector
• High attention to detail and excellent finishing skills
• Confident working in occupied homes with a professional and customer-focused attitude
• Ability to work independently and efficiently manage daily tasks
