The Role - Teaching Assistant -Ealing

• Create a safe and supportive environment for students to develop their physical, emotional, and educational skills.
• Support students in small groups or one-on-one settings to address SEMH needs.

• Encourage independence and help students develop a positive sense of self-esteem.
