• Minimum of NVQ level 2 in Painting & Decorating or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Valid CSCS card is required.
• Proven experience as a Painter & Decorator is essential.
• Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and safety standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
• Good communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with clients.
