About the Role: AHL Resourcing Solutions is a small but expanding company specializing in Construction and Rail recruitment. We are looking for an experienced, motivated Recruitment Consultant to manage a 360-degree recruitment desk, working directly with the director to grow our client portfolio.
Key Responsibilities: - Develop new and manage existing clients in the Construction and Rail sectors.
- Work with both contract, permanent, and temporary recruitment needs.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: interviewing candidates, assessing client needs, and providing recruitment advice.
- Run your own recruitment desk with an entrepreneurial approach, helping to develop all aspects of the business.
Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years' experience in the Construction or Rail sectors (preferred), or proven recruitment/sales experience with the ability to adapt.
- Strong track record in business development and client relationship management.
- Initiative, confidence, and business acumen to manage a full 360 recruitment role.
- Self-driven, ambitious, and committed to growing within the company.
