What you ll do:

• Work closely with clients to develop briefs and feasibility reports.
• Prepare planning applications, building regulations, and detailed design drawings.
• Lead tender processes and provide technical support throughout projects.
• Attend site meetings, liaise with contractors, and manage project delivery.
• Ensure construction detailing is spot on and resolve any technical issues.
• Take ownership of projects, keeping everything on track and within budget.

What you ll need:

• Architectural Technologist degree.
• Strong Revit skills.
• Experience running projects from concept to completion.
• Knowledge of residential projects preferred.
• MCIAT qualification (or working towards it).
