Practice Nurse - Locum/Temporary - £22 to £35 per hour DOESheerwater, Woking

We are seeking an experienced Practice Nurse to join our client's busy GP surgery. This role offers flexible working hours and a competitive hourly rate, with immediate start for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver childhood immunisations and adult vaccinations

• Carry out COPD, Asthma, and Diabetes reviews (including foot checks)

• Perform cervical smears, wound dressings, and travel vaccinations

• Provide health advice and support for long-term conditions

• Maintain accurate patient records and comply with clinical governance

Requirements:

• NMC registration and up-to-date DBS

• Evidence of training/certificates for immunisations, chronic disease management, smears, and wound care

• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team

Pay: £22 - £35 per hour (DOE)

Hours: Flexible shifts available

Location: Various GP surgeries in Area
