Graduate / Assistant Building Surveyor - London

A well established boutique Building Surveying consultancy based in Central London is looking for a Graduate or Assistant Building Surveyor to join its growing team. The firm operates from modern offices in the Borough Market area and offers a supportive, professional environment with genuine long term career prospects.

This opportunity is ideal for an early career Building Surveyor who is working towards chartership and looking to gain broad experience across a varied workload, spanning both commercial and residential projects.

The Role

You will work alongside experienced Chartered Surveyors on a diverse range of instructions, ensuring strong technical exposure and a clear pathway towards MRICS. The consultancy places a strong emphasis on structured APC support, learning through experience and gradual increases in responsibility.

Projects cover a wide mix of commercial and residential property, providing the breadth required to successfully complete the APC while developing into a well rounded Building Surveyor.

Hybrid working is offered, alongside a collaborative office based culture.

What You Need to Be

- A Building Surveyor with an RICS accredited degree

- Ideally some Building Surveying experience (any sector considered)

- Enrolled on the APC pathway, or motivated to begin

- A clear desire to achieve MRICS status

- Keen to learn, committed, and driven to progress your career
