Multi Trader

Multi Trader Duties:

Carry out carry out a range of carpentry, plumbing, tiling, patch plastering, flooring and decorating repairs and maintenance within social housing properties, voids and occupied.

The Successful Multi Trader will be required to:

Ensure works are completed at a high standard within given time frames

Carry out works allocated by appointments

Have a valid UK Driving Licence

Pay Rate: 36-38K/annum

Hours:

45 hours per week (Mon to Fri) 8:00am - 17:00pm with a half hour break
