Mechanical project engineer

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work for an international company based at London heathrow airport as a mechanical project engineer.

Salary: ( 45,000 - 50,000)

Mon - Fri (hybrid working 3 in office 2 at home)

We are looking for an Engineer with the passion and willingness to engineer and develop designs for projects, the ability to follow challenging standards and overall to add value to our customers at home and abroad. This role will suit someone who is of a specialist, technical and administrative nature.

The incumbent should have persistence and enjoy working within a highly structured and predictable climate. Routine tasks, seeing a job through to conclusion and the ability to work in a friendly, logical and systematic manner are important aspects of the role.

The job is also calling for clearly defined work parameters, adherence to rules and procedure and a person who is patient and hardworking. Ideally the person should be routine-orientated, methodical, thorough, compliant, cautious, sensitive, diplomatic, self-disciplined, amiable and accommodating.

• Working on Airport Projects
• Must have previous automated material handling system design exposure
• Previous work in projects works
• To be sourced with right to work in UK
• A Mechanical/Layout/Project Engineer to graduate degree/HND level
• 2 years automated material handling system experience e.g. Baggage, Parcel, Warehouse, Conveyor
