Finance Assistant

We are seeking an efficient Finance Assistant to support this small team at a busy Grammar school in West Kent on a fixed term basis to August 2026.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, your duties are:

• Purchase order processing and managing queries
• Bank reconciliations
• Credit card processing
• Invoicing
• Proficiency of PS Financials is highly desirable plus a good intermediate knowledge of Excel
