A leading local authority housing team is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their Assets & Repairs division. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering a multi-million-pound capital programme.
Your New Role

You will provide expert quantity surveying services across pre- and post-contract stages, ensuring value for money and compliance with best practice.
Responsibilities include:

• Reviewing contractor quotations and tender submissions
• Conducting site visits and interpreting drawings
• Managing contract administration and financial reporting
• Supporting leaseholder cost recovery processes
• Leading on benchmarking and value engineering initiatives

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• RICS membership with significant post-qualification experience
• Strong commercial and financial management skills
• Proven track record in delivering complex construction projects
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
