Location: Greenhithe

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM (Flexibility Required)
Salary: 30,000 - 33,000 (Dependent on Experience)

Are you an experienced manufacturing professional with a passion for quality and efficiency? My client is expanding their Production Team and is looking for an Assistant Production Manager to help deliver world-class luxury perfumes.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Oversight - Assist in planning and monitoring daily manufacturing activities.
Quality & Compliance - Ensure strict adherence to GMP & ISO:22716 standards.
Team Leadership - Train, mentor, and support production staff, stepping in for the Production Manager when required.
Inventory & Resource Management - Coordinate stock levels and minimise waste.
Health & Safety - Promote a safe working environment through regular training and compliance checks.
Process Improvement - Identify and implement efficiency-boosting strategies.

What's Required:

Experience in manufacturing operations, ideally in perfume, cosmetics, or FMCG industries.
Strong knowledge of GMP & ISO:22716 standards.
Proven leadership and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and quality control.
Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
