A Welcome Break Hotel Maintenanace would ideally:

• Ensuring the smooth operetion operation of all equipment and facilities within the hotel.
• Maintaing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing system.
• Inspecting and repairing energy system(heating , cooling, plumbing, lighting, kitchen equipment).
• Coordinating regular maintanace chcecks and troubeshooting problems.
• Developing maintenatce procedures, and overssing the maintance budget.

Due to responsibilities within the Assistant Manager role applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over.
