You ll be involved in the entire process, from software development and system commissioning to overseeing final project stages and ensuring seamless delivery.

What You ll Be Doing:

• Developing and programming advanced AV control systems for high-spec residential projects.
• Managing the configuration, commissioning, and integration of bespoke AV solutions.
• Collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless execution across multiple project phases.
• Attending client sites for system testing, troubleshooting, and fine-tuning.
• Ensuring the highest standards in installation, performance, and user experience.
• Providing mentorship and guidance to junior programmers and technical staff.
• Overseeing the final phases of project delivery, ensuring successful implementation.

What You ll Need:

• Extensive experience in AV programming and systems integration.
• Proficiency in Crestron programming (Master-level preferred), Cisco networking, and C# is a plus but not essential.
• A strong grasp of AV, IT networks, and project coordination.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team.
• Willingness to travel for project work, including internationally.
• At least five years of experience in the AV industry.
