Complex SEN tutor

We are seeking an outstanding Complex SEN Tutor to work 1:1 with learners who present a wide range of needs including (but not limited to):

• Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)

• ADHD

• Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA)

• Severe learning difficulties

• Speech, language and communication needs

• Sensory processing differences

• Emotional and behavioural regulation challenges

• Trauma-related needs

Essential requirements:

• Proven experience working with children or young people with complex and multiple SEN.

• Deep understanding of neurodiversity, alternative communication methods, and trauma-informed practice.

• Able to work independently and flexibly, often outside traditional classroom structures.

• Resilience, patience, and creativity - with a problem-solving mindset.

• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).

• Relevant qualifications in education, psychology, therapy or SEN (desirable but not essential - experience is key).
