What you'll do as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant:

• Lead whole-class lessons and group interventions

• Support teachers with planning and classroom management

• Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

• Work closely with staff to help every child achieve their best

What we're looking for:

• Qualified Higher Level Teaching Assistant or equivalent experience

• Strong classroom management and communication skills

• Confidence in leading lessons across KS1 and KS2

• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
