Key Responsibilities:

• PPM's and Reactives.
• Ensure all mechanical and electrical equipment operates at optimal performance.
• Support other trades where necessary.
• Meet all key performance indicators.
• Liaise with sub-contractors and external suppliers.
• Communicate effectively with clients and management.

Equipment to maintain will include:

• AHU's
• FCU's
• Plumbing

Qualifications and Experience:

• Level 2 Mechanical Qualification
• F Gas Certificate
• Experience in an FM environment (Desirable).
