Mechanical Estimator - Join a thriving M&E Engineering business operating in the Data Centre & Commercial sectors.

We're seeking a talented and experienced Mechanical Estimators to play a crucial role in our clients dynamic and expanding business. They are in a position to take on a Senior Mechanical Estimator and a Mid-Senior Mechanical Estimator.

Key Responsibilities

• Analysing drawings and prepare and maintain cost estimates for review and tender submission.
• Coordinate within the Design, Commercial and Engineering teams in preparation for tender review and sign off.
• Able to produce own take offs
• Able to work independently and within a team
• Happy to attend all mid and post tender meetings
• Liaising with current and new clients
• Updating tender documents via companies system
• To be involved with the complete cycle of the tender process

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as an Mechanical Estimator in the M&E industry, preferably in the Data Center or Commercial sectors.
• Strong understanding of Mechanical Engineering principles and industry standards.
• Proficiency in estimating software such as Trimble
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
