This specialist primary provision in Bletchley supports children with autism, speech and language communication needs, and Down syndrome. Class sizes are kept intentionally small, with only 9 pupils in each class, supported by a teacher and 3-4 highly skilled TAs.

The school in Bletchley is ideally looking for individuals from early years, care, or other nurturing backgrounds who are passionate about helping children overcome barriers to learning. Whether you're experienced or looking to step into the sector, this SEN Teaching Assistant role offers excellent training and long-term development.

Role Details - SEN Teaching Assistant

• Start: ASAP
• Contract: Temp to perm
• Pay: £90-£110 per day (subject to experience)
• Support children with autism, SLCN and Down syndrome
• Work closely with the class teacher and wider SEN team
• Provide 1:1 and small-group support
• Help create an engaging, supportive, and safe learning environment
