IT Service Delivery Manager (hands-on technical)

Are you an IT Service Desk Manager or Team Lead looking for an opportunity to progress your career moving into an IT Service Delivery Manager role?

Or maybe you have experience leading an IT service delivery function but want to stay hands-on technical.

This small but impressive Vauxhall-based company is looking for the right person who is equally comfortable with discussing cyber security with the CEO, working with the Head of IT to develop, maintain and deliver IT service strategy or providing 1st to 3rd line support in Office 365 or application support for their ERP platform.

Please note this role is mainly office-based, 4 days/week in state-of-the-art, modern offices in Vauxhall and 1 day/week at home.

• Current technical support skills and experience
• Substantial experience delivering services through Office 365
• IT Service Delivery leadership
• Implementing IT service management processes and tools (ITIL)
• Managing IT suppliers, ideally across multiple countries or regions
• Working in fast-paced environments delivering to high-quality standards
• People management or mentoring of a small team
• Excellent relationship-building skills
• Outstanding communication skills (written and verbal)
• Office 365, Azure, Entra ID and Intune (ideally Fortinet environment)
• Cybersecurity frameworks and defence tools
• Certifications in ITIL, Microsoft Office 365 and or/Azure

You could be a 3rd Line or Senior Support Engineer, Service Desk Team Lead or Manager wanting to take the next step, or already working as an IT Service Delivery Manager looking for an opportunity with great breadth.
