Hours: Full-Time, 35 hours/week (Mon-Fri, 8:30am-4:00pm)

Start Date: ASAPAbout This RoleThis Primary School is seeking a passionate and experienced HLTA to join their inclusive and child-centred team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact on pupils' academic, social, and emotional development.As an HLTA, you will: Deliver high-quality learning experiences, including whole class teaching during teacher PPA cover Provide targeted support in literacy, numeracy, and other areas based on pupil need Work with individual pupils and small groups to ensure progress and engagement Collaborate with teachers to plan, assess, and adapt learning opportunities Foster positive relationships and support behaviour for learning Contribute proactively to the wider life of the school communityCandidate RequirementsWe are looking for a confident, nurturing HLTA who brings energy, empathy, and resilience to every school day.
