Project Manager

Are you an experienced Project Manager looking for your next challenge in the commercial fit-out sector? We are working with a leading main contractor that delivers high-quality office fit-out and refurbishment projects across London and the Home Counties.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing fast-track fit-out projects ranging from £50K to £1M, ensuring smooth delivery from start to finish. You will lead a multi-disciplined team, manage subcontractors, oversee programmes, budgets, and health & safety, and act as the key liaison between clients and project teams.

• Oversee multiple commercial fit-out projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget

• Manage subcontractors, site teams, and client expectations

• Ensure health & safety compliance, including risk assessments and method statements

• Monitor project progress, reporting on costs and timelines

• Attend and lead client and project team meetings

• Conduct regular site inspections, snagging, and safety audits

• Contribute to programme planning and scheduling using planning software

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial fit-out

• Background working for a main contractor

• Strong understanding of the construction process

• Ability to manage subcontractors, programmes, and costs

• Experience with health & safety management

• Trade background, technical qualification, or construction-related degree (desirable)
