A secondary school in Bracknell is looking for a committed and adaptable individual to take on the role of Teaching Assistant. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the academic and personal development of young people in a supportive and inclusive environment.

About the Role:The successful candidate will support students across a range of subjects and year groups, helping them to access learning and develop confidence in the classroom. They will work alongside teaching staff to deliver targeted interventions, assist with lesson preparation, and contribute to the overall wellbeing of pupils.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support students in lessons, helping them engage with learning activities
• Deliver one-to-one and small group support tailored to individual needs
• Assist in implementing behaviour and learning strategies
• Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teaching staff
• Encourage independence, resilience, and a positive attitude to learning
• Contribute to extracurricular activities and wider school life

The Ideal Candidate Will:
