About the Role

We're looking for an experienced and proactive Mortgage Broker to join our team. This is a self-employed role with leads provided, a retainer in place, and admin support included - perfect for brokers who want autonomy with structure and quality support.

What We Offer

• 6-Month Retainer: £2,000/month to support your ramp-up period

• Commission Structure (based on monthly banked revenue):

- 40% up to £13,000

- 50% from £13,001 to £20,000

- 55% above £20,000

• Qualified Leads Provided: 1 new lead per day from our client services team as a minimum

• Dedicated Administrator: To support case management and processing

• Office Space:

- Office attendance required every Wednesday and last Friday of each month

- Flexible WFH/hybrid outside of those days

Tech & Tools

• CRM: HubSpot

• Sourcing System: Twenty7Tec

• Mortgage Club: Legal & General

What We're Looking For

• CeMAP qualified (essential)

• Minimum 1-2 years' experience as a mortgage adviser

• Team player with strong communication skills

• Organised, proactive, and client-focused
