Job Requirements/Description
- Supporting Technical Managers in the coordination and delivery of projects.
- Checking and processing consultant and contractor drawings, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Issuing drawings and construction information using the correct protocols.
- Liaising with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and statutory authorities to obtain approvals and resolve queries.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Building Regulations and statutory requirements.
- Preparing and monitoring technical specifications, conveyance plans, and brochure plans.
- Collaborating with Planning, Commercial, Construction, and Sales teams to ensure smooth project progression.
- Assisting in the appointment and management of external design consultants.
- Monitoring consultant design information against project timelines.
- Supporting the preparation of key documentation for sales, legal, and marketing purposes.
- Keeping up to date with industry innovation and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
