Senior Building Surveyor - Orpington

My client is looking for a Senior Building Surveyor to join the team in Orpington. In the team there are 12 surveyors and they are looking for someone ambitious who wants to move forward with their career as there is a clear progression pathway ahead in the next 3-5 years - potentially all the way to Partner level.

To be eligible for this role you will ideally be MRICS accredited in Building Surveying. You must be able to show experience in Party Wall, Defect Analysis and Contract admin. You will be working with Councils and Housing Associations across a variety of projects with a value up to £5m. Experience wise some social housing would be beneficial, however not essential. Other sectors including commercial, retail, resi, healthcare and education will be accepted.
