The Role

As part of the admin team, your day will involve working closely with financial advisers and paraplanners to ensure the smooth running of client journeys. You'll be responsible for managing client documentation, updating CRM systems, preparing review packs, arranging meetings and helping with general day-to-day administration. You'll enjoy working in a close-knit team that supports one another and shares a common goal of making a real difference to clients' financial wellbeing.

Requirements

  • Experience in a financial advisory firm would be ideal but not needed
  • Administration experience within another professional setting
