Talent Partner with a focus on
IT candidate resourcing. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their recruitment career who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and is passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities - Source and attract top-tier IT and tech candidates using job boards, internal tools, and proactive outreach
- Manage high volumes of candidate applications and screen for suitability
- Conduct initial candidate assessments via phone or video
- Coordinate interview scheduling and feedback collection
- Keep up to date with recruitment trends and best practices in tech talent acquisition
What We're Looking For - At least 12 months' experience in recruitment (agency or in-house)
- Strong exposure to high-volume candidate sourcing and screening
- Proficiency with recruitment technologies such as job boards, CV databases, and screening tools
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Clear and confident communication style
- A collaborative mindset with a desire to grow and learn
Nice to Have - Exposure to IT/tech recruitment
