Contracts Manager

One of our clients is looking for a Contracts Manager who specialize in high-end luxury new builds and are seeking a driven professional to oversee multiple projects (2-5 at any time) across London while working from our Chelmsford office.

The Role:

• Managing luxury residential design & build projects from inception to completion.
• Overseeing 2-5 sites at a time, ensuring quality, budget, and program adherence.
• Strong focus on programming, ensuring projects are delivered on time.
• Liaising with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to maintain project standards.
• Ensuring full compliance with health & safety regulations and best practices.
• Working between our Chelmsford office and London-based sites.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in a Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager role.
• Strong background in design & build residential construction.
• Excellent programming, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Strong understanding of health & safety regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
