Quality Engineer

My client based in Rochester is looking for a Quality/Process Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimise manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and product quality.

• Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues in production and implement effective solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement tooling solutions.

• Provide technical support for production teams, ensuring adherence to engineering standards.

• Document process changes and maintain accurate records of engineering modifications.

Requirements

• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with team members.

• Ability to generate reports and build works order documents

• Detailed Knowledge of ISO 90001.

• Ability to read drawings and understand tolerances

• Experience in equipment calibration.
