Job title Head of Year and Teacher of Science

We are seeking to appoint a Head of Year and a Teacher of Science with real vision.
Supporting student progress and academic achievement; overseeing the provision of effective pastoral care; leading and managing the year Tutor Team and maintaining the year group ethos. You will work within a strong and successful team of four other Heads of Year with a strong, supportive pastoral team. an educator who sees solutions, not problems. Right now, we are on a significant journey: our most recent academic results were less than we hoped for, so we ve embarked on a process of transformation with new processes and a whole new level of ambition. We are revisiting the heart of learning and building the best provision around contemporary educational research to achieve great outcomes for our children.
