An expanding and innovative sustainability and energy consultancy based in London is looking for an experienced OCDEA to join their team and work on a variety of commercial and residential projects. Key Responsibilities of the OCDEA position:

  • Deliver sustainability and energy advice across the construction sector to ensure compliance with Part L & Part O regulations and EPCs
  • Develop procedures to improve efficiency within the company
  • Provide training, mentoring, and development to junior team members
  • Offer consultancy and written reports during land acquisition and planning stages
  • Contribute to business development initiatives

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • OCDEA accreditation with experience conducting SAP Assessments
  • Strong knowledge of Part L & Part O building regulations and planning requirements
  • Residence in or near London
  • Full right to work in the UK
