I am currently working with a Top 100 UK Law Firm, consistently recognised by The Legal 500, to recruit an experienced Residential Property Paralegal into their Central London office.

The Opportunity

The successful candidate will join a well-established and highly regarded Residential Property team handling a broad range of matters, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Remortgages
• Transfers of equity
• New build transactions
• Higher-value and more complex residential files

This role requires someone who can hit the ground running - managing their own caseload of matters under supervision while supporting senior fee earners on more complex transactions.

You will be trusted with responsibility from day one within a collaborative and supportive team environment.

About You

• A minimum of 2 years' experience within a Residential Conveyancing department
• Confident managing your own matters under supervision
• Strong technical understanding of the conveyancing process from instruction through to post-completion
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Commercially aware and client-focused
• Ambitious and motivated by long-term progression
