A large secondary school based in Uxbridge are looking for a music teacher.

School are looking for someone to start on a long term contract until at least July 2025.

This position is full time but school are open to part time applicants. Working hours are from 8:30am to 3:30pm.

Salary will match outer London MPS/UPS.

School has available parking spaces.

Music Teacher - Uxbridge, London

• Deliver expert music instruction, guiding students through various musical concepts, genres, and performance techniques while ensuring they gain real-world applications of their learning.
• Support students' artistic development by fostering their creativity, musical skills, and critical thinking abilities through diverse musical exercises and performance opportunities.
• Encourage lifelong learning by nurturing students' love for music and developing their ability to express themselves through their art.
• Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment that motivates students to reach their full potential, both musically and personally.

Qualifications and Person Specification:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• A relevant degree
• Excellent subject knowledge with the ability to inspire and motivate students
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Approachable and encouraging
