Job Title: Headteacher

Location: London

Salary: Up to £95,000 per annum dependent on experience and qualifications ( not pro rata )

Hours: Monday - Friday

Contract: Permanent, Term Time only

As part of our continued growth in service, we are recruiting for a Headteacher in Greater London. We are seeking an exceptional, forward-thinking leader to shape and drive the school's continued development.

Who We're Looking For

We are seeking a bold, forward-thinking leader who can:

• Drive outstanding educational provision and whole-school excellence
• Translate vision into strategy, inspiring staff and pupils to achieve beyond expectations
• Cultivate a culture of aspiration, resilience, and personal growth across the school
• Support and develop staff to reach their full potential while fostering collaboration and innovation
• Ensure operational excellence, safeguarding, and compliance at all levels

Essential:

• Proven leadership experience as a Headteacher or Deputy Headteacher in a complex educational setting
• Experience supporting pupils with diverse and complex learning and behavioural needs
• Knowledge of Ofsted inspections and school improvement processes
• Budget and resource management experience
• Relevant teaching qualification

You'll work 80% of your contractual hours for 100% of your pay, giving you more time to do the things that make you happy. 4DWW is subject to successful completion of probation and is not a contractual benefit.
