Graduate or A Level Computer Science

My client is looking for a new member of the team to join them.

The main role of the Customer Support Analyst will be to help support our customers to ensure they get the most out of their system. You will assist them as they first start to use the software, providing training as required, and respond to any ongoing questions and issues they may have.

They are looking for :

. A Level or Uni Graduate in Computer Science.

. Solid Exel

. Some basic experience with software development preferably C#

. Customer Support/1st line experience is essential in any industry
