SANZA Teaching Agency are working with a welcoming and high-achieving primary school in Barnet who are seeking a confident KS2 Class Teacher to join their team on a full-time, long-term basis from September 2026.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive school community where the year group is yet to be finalised, so flexibility and confidence teaching across Lower KS2 (Years 3-5) is essential.

The Role

The school are seeking an adaptable KS2 Teacher who can confidently teach across Years 3-5 and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons.

Responsibilities will include: Planning and delivering lessons across the KS2 curriculum Adapting teaching to suit different year groups (Years 3-5) Monitoring pupil progress and providing targeted support Creating an engaging and positive classroom environment Working collaboratively with the KS2 team Building strong relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues Maintaining high expectations for behaviour and achievement

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Experience teaching within Key Stage 2 Confidence teaching across Years 3-5 Strong classroom management skills A flexible and proactive attitude The ability to work effectively as part of a team Strong communication and organisational skills A genuine passion for primary education
