About the Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Contracts Supervisor to join our team within the Responsive Maintenance division. As a Contracts Supervisor, you will be at the forefront of delivering high-quality reactive maintenance services to our residents in a social housing setting from our Hammersmith office.

Key Responsibilities of the Contracts Supervisor:

• The Contracts Supervisor will ensure that a high-quality service is provided by effectively managing work scheduling in alignment with company procedures, standards, and service level agreements (SLAs).
• As a Contracts Supervisor, you will represent our organization at client and resident performance meetings as requested by the Operations Manager, demonstrating the commitment to service excellence.
• The Contracts Supervisor will manage the responsive repairs function to guarantee consistent performance against set targets, ensuring that all operational objectives are met.
• Effective management of material costs will be a critical responsibility for the Contracts Supervisor, ensuring all processes and procedures are strictly followed.
• Monitoring the quality of work is paramount for the Contracts Supervisor; this includes conducting inspections, reviewing inspection reports, analyzing key performance indicators, and incorporating feedback from customer satisfaction surveys.
• A key duty of the Contracts Supervisor will also involve leading and developing your team, determining the optimal employment levels to ensure efficient service delivery.
