Accounts Payable Assistant

We are currently recruiting a Temporary Accounts Payable Assistant for a Logistics company in Witham, Essex. Full-time 9am - 5:30pm Monday-Friday office based, paying up to 12.50 per hour.

Duties for this Accounts Payable position will include but are not limited to:

• Supporting the Purchase Ledger team to ensure that all supplier invoices received are managed in line with Company's policies and procedures.
• Posting and coding invoices.
• Reconciliation of supplier statements.
• Invoice queries.
• Posting invoices and obtaining approval where needed for sign off.
• Ensuring that the suppliers are paid in line with Company's policies and procedures to avoid any inaccuracies.

Experience Required:

• Minimum 2 years experience in accounts.
• Team Player.
• Good customer service skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
